The app facilitates communication between teachers, students, and parents, promoting a collaborative educational environment. The down town School's educators receive advanced academic training by the Leadership in Educational Development (LEAD) program ,where they are introduced to the LEAD application and how they can utilize the application in the growth of a student's career. This training will be helpful to the educator’s in development of school's academic environment and overall student success.
