Field Trip 1 (2022)
At dtS, student excursions and fun trips are an important part of the overall learning experience. These trips provide students with the opportunity to explore new places, learn about different cultures and traditions, and have fun with their classmates.
Recently, the school took students on a successful field trip to the Amul manufacturing unit. The trip was a great opportunity for students to see firsthand how a large-scale manufacturing operation works and to gain insights into the world of business and entrepreneurship.
In addition to educational trips, dtS also organizes fun trips for students. These trips are always well-organized, safe, enjoyable for students, and are a highlight of the school year for many.
Field Trip 2 (2023)
Our Grade 5, 6, and 7 students embarked on a fascinating journey to Rajabari, and what a day it was .Starting at 10:30 am, the first stop was a heartwarming interaction with the former village president and his insightful son.
The son shared invaluable information about the village's administration, economy, health, education facilities, electricity, and sanitation – giving dtS's students a firsthand look at rural life. He also shed light on the challenges faced by the villagers, creating a deep sense of empathy among our young minds.
After this enlightening session, everyone enjoyed a hearty lunch in the open, surrounded by the rustic charm of Rajabari. The joy continued as our students played in the village field, connecting with the simplicity and beauty of rural life.
The adventure didn't end there – teachers and students embarked on a village tour, discovering the local brick industry, the serene Ganesh Mandir, and the majestic Brahmaputra river. Every corner unfolded a new chapter of Rajabari's story.
A massive thank you to the village for opening their doors to us and providing an enriching experience.
