At the down town school, mental health is a journey we nurture every day. ????
Guided by our School Counsellor, Ms. Neha Nongmeikapam, students across all grades took part in thoughtful and interactive sessions designed to build awareness, empathy, and resilience.
? Grades 1–3: Learned the Protect Myself Rule — understanding kindness, personal safety, and the courage to speak up through stories and role-play.
? Grades 4–6: Explored the world of emotions, discovering empathy and the power of positive communication.
? Grades 7–8: Learned to manage stress and challenging emotions, practicing mindfulness and emotional balance.
Every activity, every conversation, every story reminded us that supporting each other’s mental and emotional well-being is a commitment we honor every single day.
