At The down town School, we value inclusivity and diversity, and the festival of Janmashtami celebrates our unique community. As Janmashtami dawns, we embrace the teachings of Lord Krishna - love, compassion, and knowledge. To celebrate the quintessence of Janmashtami a special assembly was conducted by the students of the Agni house.
The assembly started with the morning prayer which was followed by the pledge. The students participated in a dance and song with zeal and enthusiasm. A speech on Janmashtami was delivered by a student. The students of junior and senior kg who were dressed in Radha Krishna attire participated in the dahi handi competition. The assembly winded up with the national anthem.
